IEP for Mary
Present Level of Academic Achievement and Functional
Performance:
Mary currently communicates with sounds that are not
always understood by those around her. She often becomes upset when she is not
understood. She likes people and likes to be around both adults and children.
She is beginning to play simple games.
Annual Goal:
Given
a voice output device, Mary will use the device to communicate her needs 85% of
the time.
This device will allow Mary to choose various things she wants to say. These types of devices have so many options and categories for students to pick from to voice their needs.
